Preparation

This is the most important part of the process and should not be done in a hurry. During the preparation phase, we visualise the whole request for quotation (RFQ) process from the invitation until awarding and closing the deal. This “big picture” will help us keep your final goal in mind. Now when we have put together your set of documents we are ready to send the entire RFQ documentation package.

Discussion

Once you receive the RFP, you can take your time to go through it yourself. We can set the time based on your availability to discuss any doubts, queries, issues or if you have any other questions regarding the work so that both Alea and yourself both can be focused on same goal.

Awarding

Once you are satisfied with the capabilities of Alea, we can sign the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and begin the development process taking the project forward. We assure you we will never let you down and will provide you with advanced functionality and outstanding work. After all, we are here to turn your ideas into reality.

Closing & After Sales Support

Once the project is developed successfully, we test the complete system on the client’s live system to ensure all the functionalities are correct and working. We provide free after-sales support of 45 days which eases the client process to ensure the smooth working of the system.
