Staff Shout Outs provide an opportunity for peer-to-peer recognition. They allow staff members to recognize other staff (peers, supervisors and direct reports) for their extraordinary contributions to the Company. Our Employee board making has a journey of 4 weeks which started from 20th July and final touches were given to it on the 13th Foundation Day.Every single thing was curated and designed by the teamwork of all the employees consisting of employee from the junior level to the most senior level employee. The board comprises of contribution from each one of them, including the caricatures with a title or nickname for each one.
