The client required recruitment portal to connect the recruiters and candidates to ease the job & candidate search. The client will work as moderator who works on the complete screening process of filtering the candidate who have applied for the job thus providing the best suitable candidates to the employers or the recruiters.
We had done research on all the details which client provided us, Client made us clear that this is not the portal where the recruiters search for the candidate and offer them job instead client is acting as moderator and connecting the recruiters and candidates based on following approach:
