Our team discussed with the client about all prospective changes that could make the website functionally superior.
Since it was an existing website project, our technical experts read entire code and laid down the changes needed. What made each development phase easy and smooth was that ALEAIT has a custom Project Management Software ALEAIT AIM. Thus, client was notified about each phase of the project. Live notifications of project updates was sent to client. This enhanced our communication with client.
